TotJot: Baby Tracker ยท Last updated 10 October 2026

The short version: TotJot does not collect, store or share any of your data. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. If you share with your partner through TotJot Pro, your entries are stored in your own iCloud, visible only to the people you invite.

What TotJot stores

The entries you log (feeds, pumps, diapers, vitamins, medicines, sleep) and your settings, such as your baby's name, birth date and reminder times. They are saved only on your device.

What TotJot does not do

Sharing with your partner (TotJot Pro)

If you choose to share your baby's log, TotJot stores your entries and your baby's details (name, birth date) in your own iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit, in a shared space that only the people you invite can see. TotJot cannot see this data. You can stop sharing at any time in Settings โ†’ Family; each phone keeps its own copy.

Purchases

TotJot Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; TotJot never sees your payment details.

Notifications, widgets and Live Activities

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. Widgets and the Lock Screen Live Activity read the same on-device data. None of this leaves your device.

Backups

If you choose Back up to Files, TotJot creates a file in a place you pick, such as iCloud Drive or On My iPhone. That file is under your control and handled by Apple's Files app and any service you choose.

Deleting your data

Use Settings โ†’ Erase all entries, or delete the app. Both remove everything from your device. If you share with a partner, stop sharing in Settings โ†’ Family first; your partner keeps their own copy.

Children

TotJot is meant for parents and caregivers, not for children to use. It collects no personal information from anyone.

Medical note

TotJot is a simple log, not medical advice. Always follow your doctor or midwife on feeding, sleep and medicines.
